| I have made a namespace called "Case" so cases can be added to this namespace for ease of searching. E.g. a page name could be [[Case:Groin pain 1]]

| The case history format would be akin to the "Stump The Chumps" way of presenting case histories from the IM Reasoning podcast. The diagnosis is shown LAST, so that the reader can puzzle through things as they go.
