| Clinical Features | Sensory loss ulnar half of digit 4 and entire digit 5. Weakness may involve all ulnar hand muscles. |
The sensory loss is the same as in Ulnar Neuropathy at the Elbow
The motor loss may include all [[Ulnar Nerve|ulnar] nerve] innervated hand muscles i.e. interossei, lumbricals of digits 4/5, adductor pollicis, palmaris brevis, abductor digiti minimi, flexor digiti minimi, and opponens digiti minimi.
