Trigger Finger Injection
Indication Trigger finger
Syringe 1mL
Needle 25G 16mm
Steroid 10mg triamcinolone
Local 0.25mL 2% lidocaine
Volume 0.5mL


For the treatment of trigger finger

Procedure

Inject into the palmar surface of the hand, toward the pulley at the base of the finger (A1 pulley) and maximal point of tenderness (or the nodule, if palpable).
