Generalised pain: ACL tear, osteochondral defect, PCL tear
Medial: MCL or medial meniscal tear
Anterior: Patellar dislocation, subluxation, tendon tear, or quadriceps tendon tear
Lateral: Lateral meniscus, posterior lateral corner, patellar dislocation/subluxation, LCL tear
Posterior: Posterior capsule tear, PCL tear, tibiofemoral dislocation
