Musculoskeletal Medicine Specialist
Musculoskeletal Medicine Registrar
Any doctors that is a member of the New Zealand College of Musculoskeletal Medicine or Australian Association of Musculoskeletal Medicine

Outside of the above contributions may still be possible:

The writer is a New Zealand or Australian practising doctor
On a case by case basis by the lead editor
Written under the editorial guidance of a Musculoskeletal Medicine Specialist
More restricted account provided
