Cervical Spondylotic Amyotrophy
From WikiMSK
This article is a stub.
This rare condition refers to unilateral or bilateral upper limb muscle weakness and wasting without significant sensory deficits in the context of cervical spondylosis. The weakness does not involve more than a few myotomes and can be proximal (scapula, deltoid, biceps) or distal (forearm and hand). It may present with a dropped head. Symptoms typically stabilise for years after an initial progressive pace.
