Verapamil

Verapamil can be used off label in a topical formulation for superficial fibromatous disorders such as Plantar Fibromatosis. It is purported to have anti-collagen activity.
The formula is 94 tablets of 80mg tablets crushed and mixed with a base to make 50g with a 15% strength. A cost effective base is white soft paraffin. But other more expensive bases are available for better transdermal penetration at specialized compounding pharmacies.
