Manual Muscle Test


Test: Shoulder flexion in lateral rotation. The elbow is completely flexed and the forearm is supinated. This position shortens the biceps reducing assistance.

Pressure: Against anteromedial surface of lower 1/3 of humerus, into extension and slight abduction.
